Note the following Graduation and Dinner Reception Information:
GRADUATION DINNER INFORMATION
IMPORTANT: Following the Commencement Service a Reception Dinner will be served. If you are an ON-CAMPUS STUDENT, you would have already paid for this dinner via your Banquet Fee when you enrolled. If you are a DISTANCE ENROLLEE, you dinner fee is yet due.
RSVP: Regardless of your fee status, you MUST RSVP nonetheless, for we need an accurate count. You may RSVP either via the list that will be on campus these next two Mondays, OR by e-mailing me at geonobbs@aol.com, OR by calling me at 619-585-0600 ext 29.
If you RSVP please attend. The caterer will charge us according to the number we submit to them. Thank you. Deadline to RSVP is Monday night, May 24 (test night). We must give our final count to the caterer Tuesday morning.
NOTICE: Your $25 fee entitles you to two seatings so that you may bring your spouse at no additional cost. That means your spouse, father, mother, child: not just any guest.
A graduate also has two (2) seatings, but his extra seating is not limited to the spouse. It CAN be anyone. We also need the names of the guest you're bringing. The RSVP list will be checked at the door. Seating is limited. Hope I haven’t confused everyone!
Date: Friday, May 28, 7:00 PM. Dinner following at approximately 8:30 PM.
Place: South Bay UPC – 395 D Street, Chula Vista, CA 91910
Remember, your fee entitles you to two seats. If you need additional Seats, the cost is $15 per.
